IPAi Forum
June 2026 edition: Redefining agency value in the AI era
The evolution in briefs, search, capabilities, operating models and the human judgement behind effective work.
Moving the conversation on…
It seems you can’t turn a page, turn on any channel, or indeed turn a corner, without hearing about AI and its transformative potential. It’s everywhere. And so to help cut through the noise, in this latest edition of the IPAi Forum, we have brought together our need-to-know facts of the month, an insight-rich summary of the latest AI developments and their practical impact on skills and business models.
But beyond the headlines, you’ll see the focus of this edition moves the conversation on from awareness to application. For our business, this means exploring how AI impacts how we work, learn, organise and create value, including:
- How AI is changing the briefing process, for better and worse.
- The new roles and responsibilities emerging across agencies as a result of AI.
- What it takes to equip people at every level with the skills to work effectively with and through AI.
We also consider what true AI fluency looks like in practice when it is embedded in everyday workflows and behaviours, and how AI is beginning to shape culture itself, with implications for inclusion, representation and responsibility.
Because, as with all powerful technologies, its impact depends on how it is used.
